Each Custom Engraved Name Tag must be ordered one at a time, if you are entering the information manually. However, if you are ordering more than 5 name tags, you can order multiple name tags in one product and then email us an Excel document with all the details. Please follow these instructions for efficient processing: Create an Excel document with the following details for each name tag: Line 1: Name (e.g., Rebecca) Line 2: Position (e.g., Web Developer) Line 3: Department (e.g., IT Services) Line 4: (If applicable) Logo (Please email the logo in vector format – .ai, .eps, or .pdf – to [email protected]) Logo as a Line: Please note, if you need a logo, it will count as one of the lines. For example, a name tag with a logo, name, position, and department will require a 4-line name tag. How to Order Multiple Name Tags in One Product: If you are ordering more than 5 name tags, you can place a single order for all items. Simply email the Excel document with all the name tag information (one line per person) in your email to us. Email Instructions: Your email MUST include: -the order number -your organization name -the name of the person who placed the order, and their contact phone number and email address.
