Ordering Information

How to Place an Online Order:

• Ordering from Van Horlick's is easy! Use the top menus or middle icons to browse our wide variety of gifts, or use our convenient search feature to find that special item you're looking for. 

• The price of the engravable items includes the personalization

• When you've found a gift you like in the thumbnail view, click on the image to enlarge the image and bring up an individual page with information on that item (all prices are in Canadian dollars).

• If you're satisfied with the item and want to purchase it, simply click the "Personalize" and/or "Add To Cart".

• Next you will see the personalization box (if personalization is available for that gift). Here you will enter the text you want. The fields guide you through the process telling you how long your personalization can be (e.g. 20 characters) and which fonts are available.

• For items that allow for alternative graphic options, choose the option you prefer, then go to the personalization box.

• Once you have completed your personalization options click "ADD TO CART."

• When viewing your shopping cart, you can view your total amount and proceed to the final checkout or you can continue to shop for other items.

• Your cart will keep track of items you've already added. You can view your cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart link at the top of every page.

• When you're satisfied with your order (please carefully review what you've entered) and when you wish to finalize your purchase. click "GO TO CART" at the bottom of the page.  This will take you to a large view of your shopping cart where you can enter discount codes, get a shipping estimate or opt to pick up from the store. Then "Proceed to checkout" to fill in the billing address and enter payment method. This is where you will review your order details. All transactions on these pages are safe sites and encrypted for your security and privacy.

• Once you have entered all of your information "PLACE ORDER NOW"

• After you've entered your information for your order, it will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent to your email with your purchase information, including your invoice number.

Payment Options

VanHorlick's has many payment options available to suit you. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. Please make sure that your billing information filled out in the form is correct and matches the address shown on your monthly billing statements.

Billing and identity information problems can delay the processing and shipment of your order. It is recommended that the billing and shipping addresses are the same to avoid complications.

All payments are secure and encrypted for your protection and processed through PayPal.
