Personalization is a way to make your gift unique and special, creating a lasting keepsake to be treasured. Personalization allows you to make your gift extra special by adding a name, date, occasion, or any other special message. You will be have the option to personalize any gifts that that can be engraved.All the prices for engravable products include personalization.

How to Order a Personalized Item:

Choose a gift that you would like to order if it can be personalized you will see the Enter engraving button on that gift's individual information page. This takes you to the personalization page where you can create a custom message of your own.

We offer custom personalization on most gifts, which allows you to create your own personal message (space permitting). Our personalization and design experts have made it easy for you by determining where you can personalize on the item, as well as how many characters .

Important note: when entering text, if your computer stops accepting characters when entering text into a space provided, you have reached the maximum space allowed for personalization on that specific gift.

Please allow 7 business days for us to personalize and process your order (excluding the day your order is placed). You will be contacted if we are unable to meet this timeline.

It is very important that you review your personalization for accuracy as we are not responsible for being provided with incorrect information. You will have the option to review your entire order including personalization in your "Shopping Cart" before clicking the "Proceed to Check Out" button. Types of Fonts and Sizes:

As experts in engraving our design team and engraving technicians have selected the most appropriate font style and size for the item and personalization you have chosen. We personalize your gift using a variety of letter heights to best convey your message.

Designs & Logos:

We have a wide range of designs (like hearts and other symbols) that you can add to your personalized engraving at our store. Or contact us if you do not see exactly what you are looking for and want further customization. Custom logos can be engraved on many items and we invite you to please email your logo to [email protected] in a vector file format (EPS or AI) to obtain pricing.

What is a vector file?Vector graphics are unlike raster graphics such as JPEGs, PNGs or GIFs, which use pixels to define areas of image information. By using lines and shapes to define the image, vector graphics allow more flexible manipulation of the image file. Vector graphics appear smooth at the edges no matter how they are sized, whereas raster graphics appear jagged, or pixilated, when up-scaled. Vector files are usually created in dedicated vector graphics editing programs, such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw. If you don't have a vector file we suggest asking your graphic designer or printing company for your logo in an EPS or AI file format.
